We have 50+ years of helmet manufacturing experience combined by our passion for riding that helps us understand the unique needs of our riders. Our helmet designers are strategically located across the globe and therefore understand the requirements of different local markets and unique riding conditions. SMK helmets are sold in 50+ countries across the world and we have established a solid reputation for consistently providing premium quality helmets.
Manufacturing Facilities
14 Million helmets are manufactured annually in our 4 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Faridabad, India (40 Kms from New Delhi airport) over an area of 70,000 square meters with 3,000 dedicated employees.
Our Capabilities Under One Roof
We work hard to keep our end-to-end production processes in-house to maintain the high standards that our riders have come to expect of us. From the moulding of EPS shells to injected shells and components, painting and assembly, we take great effort to ensure that all the components that go into your helmet are made with great care and precision. We have our own in-house mould shop and design facilities, CNC fabric and laser cutting machines, screen printing of decals and in house testing laboratory in which helmets are tested in accordance with various international homologations.
